Annual Report 2017

Five collective agreements reached

UNB completed negotiations for collective agreements with four unions – the Association of University of New Brunswick Teachers (AUNBT), Unifor, the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) – within the past year.

As an employer, UNB is committed to achieving agreements that are fair, reasonable and that will strengthen our university for the benefit of students and employees. Considering the challenging fiscal environment all parties were able to reach mutually beneficial settlements that build on the long, productive relationships that have developed over many years.
