The Office of the Registrar provides administrative and coordination services in support of the UNB learning community. The office is also the steward of official student academic records.
Services that we provide to students, faculty and staff include: Admission, academic advising (Saint John), confirmation of enrolment, transcript requests, timetabling and course set up, academic room assignment, final examinations, coordination of graduations, regulation and policy advice, as well as reporting and information requests.
The final date for undergraduate applications, including required supporting documentation, is March 31 with the exception of the Bachelor of Education (Dec. 15), the Bachelor of Nursing (Feb. 15), and the Bachelor of Philosophy (Feb. 15). Applications received after that date may be considered provided that space is available, but late applicants are cautioned that their applications will not be processed until the earlier applications are dealt with, and that they may not be accepted for the campus or Faculty of their choice.
This closing date does not apply to applications for Graduate Studies or Law. It is recommended that applications for programs with enrolment limits (Bachelor of Philosophy, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Engineering & Bachelor of Computer Science) be submitted early.
A transcript is an official copy of your academic record. The transcript provides a listing of all courses attempted and completed for each term in attendance including undergraduate and graduate studies, if applicable. UNB does not issue partial transcripts. Requests for separate undergraduate and graduate transcripts will not be processed. All transcript requests must be submitted online.
