About the Faculty of Business Administration
At UNB's Faculty of Business Administration, it's never business as usual. That's why our programs build a solid, comprehensive foundation by focusing on

- Analysis and problem-solving
- Critical and creative thinking
- Sensitivity to business context
- Communications skills
Because the business world is always changing, so are we. Our courses are always being re-evaluated to include emerging issues in technology, globalization, entrepreneurship and other areas.
There's more to business than making a profit. Managers must deal with a variety of issues and situations. This is why our programs also focus on corporate governance, ethics, and human relations.
Business is a global industry. As it becomes more globalized every day, we need to understand the meaning of diversity in the workplace.
Most of our students are from Atlantic Canada, but we have students from more than 36 countries enrolled in our programs.
Our BBA program
Bachelor of Business Administration students can pursue an honours or concentrations in several subject areas. There are a number of international exchange opportunities for students who like to travel and study at the same time. Our BBA program provides students with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to start their career and fill any number of entry or specialized positions after graduation.
The BBA program also allows students to become more specific in their career goals. Students can construct a program that fits their individual interests and needs. This is useful for those who want to fill a specialized position after graduation.
Our MBA program
Our Master of Business Administration program offers students a solid foundation in management skills, while giving their business career a more specific direction.
Besides a general MBA, students can opt to pursue an MBA in Sport and Recreation Management or a joint MBA/JD degree. Our MBA students can also complete a concentration in entrepreneurship.
Our unique program options
Because of strategic partnerships we have with businesses, agencies, and other faculties at UNB, our programs offer hands-on learning options that are unique in North America.
