Management ADM 2223 Three (3) credit hours

Financial accounting, which is covered in ADM 1213/2213, focuses on the provision of information for external parties. This course, Managerial Accounting, emphasizes the provision of information for internal decision makers who need information for short-term planning and control as well as for long-term strategic planning and non-routine decision-making.

Why take this course?

  • The course is a required course for the CPA (Chartered Professional Accounting) professional accounting program.
  • Accounting is the language of business. An understanding of ADM1213 and ADM2223 will enable an individual to speak and understand this language.
  • The course will introduce students to concepts and tools and that can be applied to many situations, both personal and professional.

Course details

Students have six months from the registration date to complete the course. All course exams and/or assignments must be completed by the designated end date.
