Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides administrative and coordination services in support of the UNB Saint John learning community. The office is also the steward of official student academic records.

Services that we provide to students, faculty and staff include: admission, confirmation of enrolment, transcript requests, timetabling and course set up, academic room assignment, final examinations, coordination of graduations, regulation and policy advice, as well as reporting and information requests.

You can find our office in Oland Hall, Room 141A. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:30 pm.   Please feel free to drop by or contact us if you have any questions, or if we can help in any way.
