This seminar is also offered as part of the Human Resources Management Program.

This seminar has been developed to identify variations in personalities within the workplace. You will discover how people differ in relation to where their energy comes from, how they gather information and how they make decisions based on current human resources models. In addition, you will learn to develop and practice improved strategies in communication, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management.

In this seminar, you will use the Insights Personality Profile, a learning tool that gives a greater understanding of yourself, your strengths and weaknesses and how you project yourself to others. The effect of the Insights Personality Profile is immediate and profound, and clients tell us that they use what they learned for guidance long after training ends.

Upon successful completion of this seminar, you will be able to:

  • Discover how to improve your relationships
  • Develop yourself to make more of your life
  • Increase self-awareness and awareness of others
  • Learn about strengths, weaknesses, and how to project to others
