Recreation and Sport Studies RSS 3001 Three (3) credit hours

This course focuses on the concepts and methods relevant to the collection and analysis of data needed to make informed decisions about the worth or improvement of programs in sport and recreation. The course allows students to understand how research can be designed and implemented.

  • You will understand the importance of evaluating programs in sport and recreation.
  • You will learn fundamental knowledge on all stages of the research process from design to implementation, including data collection and analysis.

Course details

Students have six months from the registration date to complete the course. All course exams and/or assignments must be completed by the designated end date.

Assignments and examinations

  • 4 x Quizzes (70% total)
  • 1 x Final Comprehensive Test (open book, 30% total)
