About the instructor

Clara Santacruz is from Ecuador, and came to Fredericton to earn her Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University, and a Master’s of Education in Adult Education from UNB. She has experience organizing experiential learning trips for students to Costa Rica and Peru doing simultaneous translation and teaching basic Spanish to participants.

She has also taught soap-making workshops, and several skills-development and career development workshops to University students. Clara is thrilled to share her mother tongue of Spanish with all who wish to learn.
