Jazz Funk is a combination of hip hop, jazz and performance. From foundations to choreography, we will do it all.

About the instructor

Nitika Lohia is a professional choreographer, dance instructor, performer, and certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience. Lohia started her foundational training in ballet, jazz, and contemporary with Danceworx Academy of Performing Arts.

While exploring other styles of dance, she moved to Los Angeles to train with Kyle Hanagami, Galen Hooks, Yanis Marshall , JoJo Gomez, Aisha Francis and Many more. Lohia obtained a professional certification in dance from renowned Millennium Dance Complex. She was also mentored by Cameron lee, JoJo Gomez, and Andy J to name a few.

Lohia started her training in more commercial styles like heels, jazz funk, and hiphop and instantly fell in love. Her style is a dynamic mix of movement, connection, and performance. She has choreographed multiple music videos and ad films. She always had a passion for teaching and sharing the craft with her community which lead to travelling and teaching both in LA and India.
