In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to use specialized felting needles to create masterpieces from loose wool.
With a focus on learning the tools and techniques, the instructor will guide you through blending colours, creating clean lines, and adding details.
You will leave this 3-part class with several completed creations that range from 2D – flat felted pieces to 3D – ornaments (perfect for gift-giving).
A complete needle felting kit is included in the course fee.

Erica Ward has been crafting since grade school. Starting with sewing, crocheting and cross-stitching, she quickly moved on to sock knitting and other knitting projects. After mastering knitting, Erica returned to sewing as an adult. Sewing over 1,500 pandemic masks while learning diamond painting and eventually mastering the Cricut. Erica’s latest passion is needle felting, and although there is always more to learn, as every craft is a lifelong learning experience, she picked it up quickly.
Erica has been teaching workshops almost as long as she has been crafting. Facilitating workshops on everything from knitting and crocheting to corporate cultures, presentation skills development, and clear communications with Insights Discovery. Outside of crafting and teaching, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
