Community transportation

The Community Transportation Research Lab (CTRL) is envisioned to be a "thought leader" in age-friendly, accessible and active transportation engineering research with solutions that can be mobilized in small cities, regions and rural areas, with a focus on New Brunswick.

Dr. Trevor Hanson is looking to build partnerships with organizations involved with the provision of age-friendly, accessible and active transportation to help develop a research agenda, foster dialogue between those that need research and those that undertake it, and to contribute to the training of Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) in this area.

Dr. Hanson is currently looking for research partners to help leverage funding and hopes to launch CTRL in 2024. If you would like to be involved, email thanson@unb.ca.
