The scheduled outage is now resolved.

As IT Services begin to be restored, the scheduled outage's completion time has been delayed until approximately 1 p.m. We will update this posting if we experience any further delays.

At this time you should now be able to log into some services including myUNB Portal and UNB email. 

We apologize for the inconvenience. 

On Sunday, June 24 from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. (4 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s login services.

During this time, faculty, staff and students will be unable to receive email from non-UNB (external) email addresses (ex: gmail).

Additionally, you will be unable to access any UNB services that require you to log in, including:

  • UNB email accessed through a web browser (the Outlook client on your desktop and apps on your mobile device will still work)
  • myUNB Portal
  • eServices
  • Colleague
  • D2L Brightspace (lms.unb.ca)
  • Secure.unb.ca websites
  • UNB SharePoint sites
  • UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN)

No external email will be lost during the outage. All email messages will be put in a queue and delivered once the outage is complete.Â
