Interests: Running, hiking, outdoor adventures and continuing education in health and wellness.

Training philosophy: Becoming fit and healthy is not something that happens overnight. You need to put in the time and effort and make it a part of your lifestyle. When this happens, you will forever reap the benefits.

Interests: Weight training, volleyball and camping.
