RJCC Recreation Gyms
This double-court gymnasium is located in The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER and is the home of URec intramural indoor sports, various sport clubs, and open recreation activities. For details of open recreation time at the RJCC Recreation Gym, please check the schedule.
Lady Beaverbrook Gym
The Main Gym located in the Lady Beaverbrook Gymnasium is used for URec programs as well as for external rentals. Campus groups and individuals may reserve the gym for 1-hour period on an occasional basis. Please check the schedule for availability.
The South Gym located at the top of campus is used as an overflow gym for URec programs as well as for external rentals. Campus groups and individuals may reserve the gym for 1-hour period on an occasional basis. Please check the schedule for availability.

Court reservations at the LB Gymnasium are accepted one day in advance at (506) 447-3157 or in person at the Information Desk during building hours.
There are two studios for the use of recreational programs, which are located on the second floor of the CURRIE CENTER. The Multi-Purpose Studio and the Hatheway Family Fitness Studio are both multi-purpose in nature, hosting a variety of group exercise and instructional programs. Bookings for both studios are to be made through Email.
The indoor climbing wall is located in the basement of the L.B. Gymnasium. It is a bouldering-dedicated gym, which means the climbers are protected by large pads rather than ropes and has mixed terrain from vertical to extremely overhanging with a variety of interesting features. Sir Max Aitken Pool
The Sir Max Aitken Pool offers a variety of water activities to University Students, URec members, and the general public, such as: lap swims, family swims, swim lessons, Bronze Cross, Bronze Medallion, and NLS
Aitken University Centre
The Aitken University Centre is the ice arena, located at the top of campus. Widely used by the University community, it is home to Intramural hockey, various sport clubs, and open skate. Please check the facility schedule for details.
