Mondays at 12:05 p.m. | A mixture of all things to get you feeling that burn on a Monday! Challenging your body with anything from cardio to strength, you never know what you'll get, but you'll have to come to find out!
Tuesdays & Fridays at 12:05 p.m. | Functional fitness, full body workouts, multijoint exercises that stimulate movement. This class has elements of High Intensity Interval Training and Circuit Training. A great way to work all your major muscles groups!
Wednesdays at 12:05 p.m. | A mid week stretch, to balance your body and give your muscles what they need, with an added bonus of strength movements!
Thursdays at 12:05 p.m. | A workout that rotates through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups to condition your body, increase your strength and endurance and reach your goals!
