Life as a student is busy

Trying to meet deadlines, study for exams, and complete projects, all while trying to maintain a social life, healthy eating habits can sometimes fall to the wayside. Anna and you can work together to:

  • Increase the nutritional value of your meals
  • Address specific dietary related medical issues such as constipation, lack of energy, etc.
  • Ensure a balanced diet as a vegetarian or vegan
  • Meet specific requirements as an athlete
  • Aadapt home country food preferences to the Canadian diet
