About CRIC

Priorities

The Centre for Research in Integrated Care (CRIC) is a living laboratory that develops and evaluates patient-centred integrated models of care for individuals with complex care needs and their families.

Patients with complex care needs require additional and various health care services compared to the average population. They also require a high degree of coordinated care.

Evidence shows that these individuals and their families have better outcomes when they have access to community-based health services and can receive co-ordinated care from health care providers and other relevant support systems.
