This three-hour virtual workshop will explore strategies for planning and prioritizing work as a member of a virtual team and then holding self and others accountable for executing the plan.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Develop a team and individual work plans
  • Use project management methodology effectively
  • Plan and prioritize work
  • Control interruptions and focus attention
  • Overcome challenges to getting work done

Instructor

Elaine Leclerc is President of HCS Training and Consulting. She has been providing training and organizational consulting services to business, industry and government for more than 20 years.

In addition to designing and delivering workshops and speaking at conferences, Elaine provides coaching to individuals and teams and works within organizations to manage transitions and create healthy and effective workplace environments.

She graduated from the University of New Brunswick and, after working for the New Brunswick Provincial Government designing and delivering training programs for business and industry, launched her own consulting firm specializing in developing people and supporting organizations achieving success.
