We offer one of New Brunswick's premier programs that prepare professionals like you for success in the growing field of Human Resources (HR). This program enhances your professional skills and knowledge to help you meet the demands of your career. It encompasses both the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management.
As a program participant, you will be required to complete 19 days of online instruction over 8 months. In addition to these sessions, you will need to complete pre-readings, pre-quizzes and keep a reflective journal.
You may also be eligible for up to six university credit hours upon successful completion of the program.

The program is designed for individuals new to the HR field; HR professionals who want to expand their knowledge and keep up-to-date with issues in HR; small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to improve their human capital management skills; career changers, with a minimum of 2 years work experience, seeking to enter the HR profession; and, anyone with an interest in their profession.
