We offer one of New Brunswick's premier programs that prepare professionals like you for success in the growing field of Human Resources (HR). This program enhances your professional skills and knowledge to help you meet the demands of your career. It encompasses both the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management.

As a program participant, you will be required to complete 19 days of online instruction over 8 months. In addition to these sessions, you will need to complete pre-readings, pre-quizzes and keep a reflective journal.

You may also be eligible for up to six university credit hours upon successful completion of the program.

Note: Program participants are required to purchase the 12th edition of Canadian Human Resources Management: A Strategic Approach, by Schwind, Das, Wager. Fassina and Bulmash, Publisher - McGraw-Hill Ryerson.
