Professor Stevens began as a student at UNB in September 1943. He was first appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Civil Engineering in September 1947 and has had a long and distinguished career in Civil Engineering and Transportation. He has been widely recognized for his many valuable contributions to the community, the engineering profession, and transportation. Professor Stevens retired in 1986, but continues to make contributions to the UNB Transportation Program.
