The Living Well With Diabetes Initiative

URec is continuously accepting participants in the Sun Life Financial Living Well with Diabetes Initiative. Individuals who are pre-diabetic or diabetic are eligible to receive up to 50% off memberships and personal training packages!

Participants must have a referral form completed before taking part in the initiative.
