This workshop will provide you with new and exciting exercises using resistance bands. Resistance bands are great for those who want to exercise at home, while travelling or even at the gym. Bands offer versatility, convenience, safety and effectiveness. These inexpensive exercise tools are a great option for people of any age or fitness level.
