Internship information

Internships at UNB's Renaissance College are a highlight of the three year education experience. They provide students with invaluable career experience in their own country and in cultures around the world.

The Canadian Internship

At the end of their first year of study, students undertake a ten-week, full-time, work/volunteer placement where they observe leadership in action, develop their leadership skills, and test their interest and aptitude for a career aligned with their placement.

The International Internship

After their second year of study, small groups of students travel together to a country where the culture differs significantly from their own to experience the world from an alternative perspective. For a period of ten weeks, they engage in volunteer work with local communities.
