My fitness journey began when I was 15 years old. I spent the summer with my grandparents, and they took me to their community gym. Ever since then, I've had a passion for movement.
Within my practice, I aim to foster an environment where people can move their bodies in ways that feel good to them. Part of my teaching includes providing various movement options and modifications for my participants. I firmly believe that exercise is for everybody and every BODY. I also believe sustainable fitness is rooted in joyful movement for those of all ages, ability, and fitness levels. As an instructor, it's important for me to allow participants to meet themselves where they're at, without judgement, so we can work towards building or maintaining lifelong physical activity!
