Powering the future
Perhaps for the first time, New Brunswick Power has captured the public's imagination. In the aftermath of the failed New Brunswick Power (NB Power) sale to Hydro Quebec, and in light of the policy options paper for NB Power created by Bill Marshall and Bill Thompson, many are wondering what the future holds for this key Crown utility.
This symposium will discuss the pros and cons of the current policy options, and seek to understand the sources of past policy failures in the hopes of not repeating them.
