The Bachelor of Applied Management in Accounting (BAMAC) program at the University of New Brunswick complements the practical and technical accounting experience gained through a college education with university-level studies in accounting.

Qualifications

Completion of a two-year diploma from a recognized college, with a focus on accounting and a minimum overall average of 70%.

Additional requirements depend upon whether you have completed all necessary foundation courses at your college.

Graduation requirements

To graduate with a BAMAC degree students must complete:

  • 12 compulsory courses
  • 1 accounting elective
  • 1 finance elective
  • 1 communications course
  • 2 additional electives
  • 4 non-business options

Start earning your CPA designation

The BAMAC qualifies students for greater career opportunities or to pursue a professional accounting designation, such as the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

As an added bonus, all courses required for admission to the CPA program are offered!
