Appointments and cancellations

To book an appointment call or stop by the Centre if you are NOT displaying COVID or Influenza symptoms.

Note: If the campus is closed for any reason, the Student Health Centre will also be closed.

To cancel an appointment

Cancellations are by email only

To avoid missed appointment fees, email the Student Health Centre to cancel appointments:

Fredericton campus: shc@unb.ca by 8 a.m. for all appointments.
Saint John campus: For appointments with the physician or nurse practitioner, email behealthy@unb.ca by 8 a.m. to cancel appointments.

Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments (phone, video or in-person).

No show policy and fees

Cancellations must be received by 8 a.m. on the day of your appointment through the text message link or email shc@unb.ca.

No show fees

Cash or EMT only, payment required in full prior to additional service.

Missed dietitian appointment - $25
Missed nursing appointment - $10
Missed physician appointment - $35
