Dayna AlexanderDayna Alexander, Kumasi, Woodstock, Bachelor of Business Administration, Major Accounting, UNB Saint John, believes that we are all born with a common purpose - to leave this earth, our society and our individual lives better than we found it.

Dayna has done exactly that as a vice-president of the Student Athletic Advisory Council (SAAC); chair of TEDx UNB Saint John and vice-president, social for the UNB Saint John Business Administration Society.

Mathew GracieMathew Gracie, Fredericton, NB, Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Media Arts & Cultures, UNB Fredericton, became involved in his community specifically to challenge the status quo and have a positive impact.

Mathew has been able to fulfill this through his work as the business manager at The Brunswickan; treasurer of the Media Arts & Cultures Society and as coordinator and mentor for What’s Up Doc?

Alisha-Lynn Helen LapointeAlisha-Lynn Helen Lapointe, Florenceville-Bristol, NB, Bachelor of Science, Honours in Biology, UNB Fredericton, wants to build a better community by pushing boundaries and being a trailblazer as the co-president of Best Buddies; sponsorship chair for Girls STEM Up; as a volunteer of the Opal Youth Group.

Sarah LibertySarah Liberty, Kingston, NB, Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Psychology, UNB Fredericton, is motivated to help others reach their own personal goals. Whether this is as co-lead of the UNB Fredericton Chapter of Jack.org; intern at Liberty Lane or as crisis intervener for CHIMO, Sarah is determined to help others along their path to success.

Matthew MacLennanMatthew MacLennan, Quispamsis, NB, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, UNB Fredericton, is passionate about the support provided to students while in university and when they graduate.

As chair of the Atlantic Student Research Journal; volunteer medical first responder for St-John Ambulance and campus chairperson for Global Brigades, Matthew considers giving back to others his primary motivation.

Morgan MeadeMorgan Meade, Corner Brook, NL, Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Finance, UNB Fredericton, became involved in the community specifically to build an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.

Morgan has been able to fulfill this through co-creator of the New Brunswick Women in Business Conference; as vice president of events, UNB’s Business Administration Undergraduate Society; and as a volunteer with the Fredericton Community Kitchens.

Fahim RahmanFahim Rahman, Edmonton, AB, Bachelor of Science, Juris Doctor, UNB Fredericton, is a firm believer in helping others. This belief is fulfilled as a volunteer for the Pro Bono Students Canada; volunteer for the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic and as head delegate for the Young Diplomats of Canada.

Jackson WeirJackson Weir, Saint John, NB, Bachelor of Science, Honours in Biology, UNB Fredericton, is a firm believer in taking continuous learning and serving others. Jackson has taken this belief and made it a reality as a co-chair of TEDxUNB 2020; junior editor-in-chief of the Atlantic Student Research Journal and as a speakers director for the Reaching Higher Conference.

Shanece WilsonShanece Wilson, West Branch, NB, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, UNB Fredericton, believes in the positive effect we can have on others and the importance of volunteerism.

Shanece is active as the president of the Engineering Undergraduate Society; small sponsorship chair of Girls STEM Up and as the engineering faculty representative for the UNB Fredericton Student Union.
