UNB and EDGSJ celebrate the official relocation of the MBA program to Uptown Saint John

On Jan. 23, we celebrated the relocation of the University of New Brunswick Saint John’s MBA program to the former Scotiabank building in Uptown Saint John. This move, which was made possible by funding from Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will enhance the MBA student experience and provide them with increased experiential opportunities.

It will also give students the space to share ideas and collaborate with members of the community and industry. In addition, Economic Development Greater Saint John (EDGSJ) has partnered with UNB to house their start-up incubator, Block One, within this space.

I want to thank Dr. Petra Hauf, UNB Vice-President Saint John; Dr. Shelley Rinehart, MBA Director; Wayne Long, Member of Parliament for Saint John-Rothesay; Don Darling, Mayor of Saint John, and EDGSJ Chair Andrew Oland for joining me in the opening of this space.
