The HRDB Nursing Payroll dataset provides information on nurses working in the province of New Brunswick. The dataset includes payroll information for nurses employed within the Horizon Health Network and Vitalité Health Network in New Brunswick, Canada.
It does not include nurses working in the private sector, such as those employed by private clinics, long-term care homes, or other non-public healthcare facilities. Two (2) tables are included in the dataset: rn_lpn_super2023_fin (those who were hired) and rn_lpn_termed_emp2023_fin (those who were terminated).
