An exhibition by SilverFish Photography Collective. Equivalents, is a direct creative response to a concept developed between 1923 and 1934 by renowned photographer Alfred Stieglitz. Each photographer in the SilverFish Photography Collective will offer their own perspective on Stieglitz’s influential idea through their own visual creative processes that include cyanotypes, flipbooks, image projection, weaving, and a varied methods of image making. The result is an exhibition that celebrates how a shared concept can inspire vastly different interpretations.
