• Must be a Charlotte County resident pursing literacy endeavors at any recognized College or University at the graduate or undergraduate level
• Scholarship committee consists of the Mayors of St. George, St. Andrews and St. Stephen
  

Application procedure: a letter of application containing (1) the applicant's full name, address and SIN; (2) details of the applicant's program of study; (3) applicant's statement of need or relevant information and (4) three references that may be contacted.
