• Awarded in memory of New Brunswick educator Isabel Adams Coburn to students residing in certain areas of the parishes of Bright and Queensbury (Keswick Ridge/Mactaquac area), York Co., NB, who are entering or attending the University of New Brunswick as candidates for an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  
• Award money will be paid to the University during the second term of the academic year.
