The Master of Business Administration program at the University of New Brunswick Saint John offers two pathways: the 12-month Accelerated MBA (aMBA) and the 16-month Immersive MBA (iMBA).
The aMBA requires 62.5 credit hours, while the iMBA requires 75 credit hours, including a four-month immersive activity.
Students may pursue one of the following areas of specialization, subject to availability and sufficient enrolment. All programming is offered through UNB Saint John’s AACSB-accredited Faculty of Business.
Develop the knowledge and analytical capabilities required to manage integrated supply chains. UNB Saint John offers the only MBA program in New Brunswick accredited by Supply Chain Canada, providing students with industry-aligned preparation for careers in supply chain management.
Develop advanced competencies in project planning, implementation, leadership and evaluation. The specialization provides industry-aligned preparation for students seeking careers in project-based organizations and professional project management.
Develop the strategic, analytical and interpersonal competencies required for professional selling and business development. The specialization examines sales from both seller and buyer perspectives and includes topics such as sales leadership, strategic negotiation, data analytics and procurement decision-making.
In addition to our industry-accredited streams, we also offer students the option to build their own MBA experience. Once all required core MBA courses are completed, this stream allows students to select MBA electives of interest to them. This stream is excellent for students wanting to build a curriculum more focused on general management or one that crosses over our specializations.
