Inside UNBRPB Team Launches Online Training for Administrators (Financial Systems)
The Resource Planning & Budgeting (RPB) Team is excited to invite you to an official launch of its Online Training for Administrators!
While designed specifically for administrative positions in Faculties and support departments (e.g Portfolio and Envelope Contacts), this training is also intended to provide Deans, Executive Directors and Directors (e.g academic administrators like Portfolio and Envelope Managers) across the University with tools with which to more easily understand, review and analyze their financial information.
The initial modules of this training has been designed, with input from people like you, to include video, screen shots, text and voice-over-narrative so as to provide users with short, easy-to-understand ways to learn (and refresh) these skills online. More modules are planned. If you’ve ever been frustrated with our mysterious financial systems, this session is for you!
Please join the RPB Team for an introduction to this exciting way for new & existing employees to receive training through UNB’s Desire2Learn. Initial modules deal with eServices, select Datatel reports and basic data export and manipulation. A formal launch is planned for Monday May 13th from 10:30 – 12:00 when Heather Ongo of TPSolutions will provide a short introduction to the online tools and we can entertain any questions that you may have about this and future training. (Location TBD.) Refreshments will be provided.
