Inside UNB2013/14 Budget Package Released

General Budget Information
As in prior years, you may access all of your budget materials through the e-Services > Financial tab. On this webpage, you may access:
- Application for Priority Funding- SubmitA&R, Non-space, Student Technology Fee and Teaching & Learning Priority submissions on or before Jan 16th 2013.
- Online Budget Template System (OBTS) - Submit your Financial templates, Complement Planning Templates and other important documents on or before Jan 23rd 2013.
- Space Validation- Submit your validation of the space used by your Portfolio on or before Feb 22nd 2013.
Training and Other Useful Information
As always, you can access training materials and budget instructions from the RPB Team's website at www.unb.ca/rpb > Budgets [Secure] > Operating Budgets or Training page.
If you or your Portfolio contact would like "refresher" training on our Online Budget Template System, Application for Priority Funding or Space Validation tool, please contact us at budgethelp@unb.ca to book a spot in the sessions being scheduled for January 7th and 8th 2013. Spots are filling up fast!
