The Wu Conference Centre is fully equipped to provide the latest state-of-the-art advancements in technology and connectivity. Our high-tech features include:

• Technician Assistance: On-site, full-time technical support is ready and waiting for event pre-planning, all the way through to live presentations, and everything in between.
• Internet Access: The Wu Centre is equipped with wireless high-speed Internet access at 100 Megabits per second (Mbps). You can connect to the Internet in all meeting rooms and lobby space in the Centre.
• Videoconferencing: Our Polycom 512 Videoconferencing Unit offers telecommunications at both high speed and high quality at speeds up to 384k over ISDN or IP. Our videoconferencing room comfortably seats from 1 to 200 people. We can accommodate single-point videoconferences as well as multi-point using large or small screens, and we can also record your session for you.
• Simultaneous Translation: The Kent Auditorium has a built-in simultaneous translation booth for seamless translation services.  All rooms at the Wu Conference Centre can accommodate translation services.
• Other Audiovisual Equipment: Standard presentation and meeting equipment is available in all rooms, including smart carts with projectors, screens, flip chart, markers, tape, pens and notepads. Computer projectors are built into the Kent Auditorium and the Chancellor's Room and they include direct input feeds for media taping. Additional services and equipment are available, including VCR/TV/DVD, wireless or handheld microphones, mixers, PA system, video cameras, computer projectors, speaker phones and screens.
• Focus Group Facilities: Through camera technology, the Centre allows you to conduct live focus groups discussions.
