Have fun while you work
Many delegates enjoy taking part in recreational activities outside of the conference program – at UNB Fredericton there is lots of opportunity to do so. Our campus recreation facilities include three gymnasia, cardio room, weight room, dance studio, indoor pool, climbing wall, squash courts and playing fields. In the winter months the UNB Dome is available for bookings events.
In addition to campus recreation, Fredericton boasts a network of scenic trails totaling more than 85km – perfect for guests who enjoy walking, running or biking. These trails are accessed at the bottom of the UNB campus. Bike rentals are available from the Lighthouse Adventure Centre in downtown Fredericton.
Another of our favorite past times here in Fredericton is enjoying the beautiful St. John River on canoes or kayaks. Rentals are available from the Fredericton Smallcraft Aquatics Centre located downtown.
