Your one-stop for booking UNBF space

Your Central Booking Office proudly serves faculty, staff, students and the community by taking year-round bookings in all bookable space, both inside and outside. We also provide key information to plan the logistics of your meeting or event and help to make sure it runs smoothly.

What types of space do we book?

In addition to instructional space, UNB offers special event venues, meeting rooms, conference rooms, athletic facilities, and dining rooms. In total we have more than 150 spaces that accommodate between 5 and 5,000 people. 

Who Can Request Space?

The priority use of instructional space at UNB is for academic credit courses including labs, tutorials, seminars and discussion groups related to credit courses. Once academic scheduling is complete, space becomes available for meetings, events, non-credit courses and other ad hoc uses.  Our space is available to internal (faculty, staff, students) and external clients and groups.

How can I request space?

You can contact the Central Booking Office any time by email at meet@unb.ca or 506.453.5010.  We also offer event request forms through our room booking software you can complete one of two forms.  If you are a UNB Faculty/Staff/Student and your request is for a UNB event please use the "Internal Request" form, for all other events please use the "External Request" form.
