UNB Conference Services is now the Central Booking Office for the Fredericton campus. We are responsible for booking all non-academic space on campus. We offer a wide variety of rooms to meet your needs, including:
- classrooms
- boardrooms
- auditoriums
- recreational spaces.
If you are interested in an off-campus events please fill out the off-campus event approval form.
Catering Service on campus are available from Sodexo, however if you require other food to be served you will need to complete our food waiver form. Please be aware that we will need 10 days notice to process this form.
