Reserve Your Spot In Summer Residence!
Students from across the world join us each summer to stay in our Summer Residence. Summer Residence operates in a traditional-style residence with a large number of single rooms and units (two single rooms that share one washroom) and a few double rooms on each floor. Room amenities include a single bed, desk, chair, closet, dresser, access to high speed internet and cable television (you must bring your own computer or television).
Building amenities include laundry room, vending facilities, elevator, kitchenettes for meal preparation, common TV lounges and study lounges.
Summer Residence is in a controlled-access building for your safety. We also have UNB Security available to assist with any safety issues. There are live-in Summer Residence staff who are available to assist with questions or concerns you may have. Our front desk is open extended hours for paying rent, getting quarters for your laundry, picking up your mail, or responding to any questions or concerns you may have.
Summer Residence is conveniently located on the bus route, close to walking and biking trails, and minutes from uptown shopping and dining as well as downtown attractions and nightlife.
If you plan to stay in Summer Residence we recommend that you submit a Summer Residence Application by Wednesday 3rd April 2013. This is especially important if you wish to move in as soon as the summer season begins or if you are currently a UNB student living in Academic Year Residence. If you are not currently living in Academic Year Residence, but wish to move into Summer Residence for summer session study, please note the earliest possible date of arrival will be 1 May 2013.
