Student hotel
UNB is proud to welcome student travelers to stay on campus each summer (May - August). Whether you're backpacking across Canada or visiting friends in Fredericton, we welcome you to stay on campus. We have 1300 beds available, so there is lots of room! We encourage you to make reservations, but walk-ins are welcome.
UNB offers traditional style residence rooms in comfortable, convenient residence buildings. Rates include single bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, phone with free local service and access to high-speed internet, lounges with cable television, common kitchenettes, laundry room, and vending machines. We also have recreational facilities including gym, pool, weight & cardio room, climbing wall & squash courts. While on campus you can visit our libraries or dine at one of our retail locations.

Our front desk is open from 7:00am-11:00pm daily. Our knowledgeable front desk staff and live-in Summer Monitors are available to assist you with any questions or concerns.
