UNB Fredericton's BBA Program

Upon entry, all candidates begin the Faculty of Business Administration's regular BBA program. When 60 ch of degree requirements have been completed successfully, students must declare their intent to follow one of two paths: BBA or Honours BBA. Their decisions must be made in consultation with the academic advisors of the Faculty of Business Administration.

Most of the requirements for each degree program are the same: compulsory business courses, compulsory non-business courses, upper-level non-business electives. The Honours degree is designed for candidates with a high level of ability who wish to undertake intensive study of an area within business administration. They are permitted to take a greater number of business electives and must build a specialty or ‘major' in a specific area of business administration. Students who satisfy the requirements for an Honours degree will have the designation included on their final transcript.
