Lynn M. Haley

LYNN M. HALEY, Senior Teaching Associate, joined the Faculty of Business Administration in 2005 and is a member of the Human Resources Area. She teaches Human Resources Management, and Competitive Strategy in the BBA program and Human Resources Management in the MBA program. She was featured in the "Who to Watch" section of the April 2005 issue of Strategy Magazine.

Lynn has extensive professional experience in the not-for-profit sector. She was Executive Director of the Canadian Paraplegic Association (New Brunswick) Inc. from 1995 to 2005. She was a member of the Premier's Council on the Status of Disabled Persons from 1994 to 2000 and served as Chair of the Council from 2000 to 2003. She has been a member of: Employ-Ability Action Group for Persons with Disabilities, the New Brunswick Disability Support Program's Steering and Evaluation Committee and Implementation Committee, River Valley Health Integrated Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Team, and the Region 3 Hospital Corporation 2001 Accreditation Leadership Team.

Her primary responsibility is dedicated to graduate and undergraduate teaching. Lynn's academic interests include human resource management, not-for-profit marketing, and strategic management.
