Faculty of Business Administration Welcomes a New Dean
Dr. Robert Austin is the new Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration. His five-year term for this position began on July 1. 
Dr. Austin comes to UNB from the Copenhagen Business School after beginning his academic career at Harvard University. Prior to his academic appointments, he worked at Ford Motor Company in various research and planning positions. Click here to see his full profile.
Dr. Austin has a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Science from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College.
He enjoys a relationship with UNB as a Fellow of the Wallace McCain Institute, has been an Adjunct Professor in Engineering and has taught classes at Renaissance College.
His connections to business schools abroad and to business leaders in the province, along with business academics throughout Canada, position him well to advance our Faculty of Business Administration.
