MBA With a Concentration in Entrepreneurship

Focus your studies in the MBA program by completing a concentration in entrepreneurship. This concentration provides a capstone learning experience during your second year of the MBA program, sharpening your skills in recognizing, assessing, and formulating business opportunities; in managing and operating businesses under situations of information constraints and in uncertain environments; and in arguing the merits of project or business proposals to executives or investors.mba Pitch

Whether you decide to work for an existing business or start your own venture, after completing the MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to assess the marketplace, formulate new business concepts, and provide leadership in uncertain environments. You will gain the tools to

  • Pitch your ideas to senior executives and private investors
  • Formulate project proposals and business plans
  • Set up and manage new projects and ventures
  • Provide leadership during times of change and uncertainty

Activator Program

If a student completes all of the courses required for the concentration in one semester, they will be eligible to join the Activator program. Activator pairs students with start-up ventures who need the expertise of business professionals.
