MBA in Engineering Management

The MBA-Engineering Management degree is an intense program designed for working engineers. Regularly scheduled courses are combined with compressed courses over a 12 month period, ending with a practicumEngineers can fast forward their career with UNB's one-year MBA in Engineering Management degree. This program is specifically designed for working engineers, with courses scheduled around the working day. Engineers enrolled in this program will gain the skills they need to advance into supervisory and management positions, and run the business end of engineering successfully. They will learn how business theory is applied to engineering practices by taking a combination of courses in both subjects during the first two terms. Then, a practicum in the final term grounds their academic program in their work experience. Courses are offered in four different formats: compressed weekday, compressed weekend, regular evening courses, and independent research.

Admission requirements for the MBA-Engineering Management:

  • An undergraduate degree in engineering from a recognized university
  • Three years of managerial or business experience
