Culture and Language Studies is proud to provide Study Abroad Programs.

Common Area

Students have access to the Department Lounge located at Carleton Hall, Room 332, where they can relax, study and chat in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The Department provides free coffee and tea. Books and videos from the Departmental Library and Videotheque (PDF Format List) are also available to students.

Tutoring

Free tutoring is available to all language students. If you are interested, check the bulletin board in the Department Lounge for schedules, or contact your instructor to set up a meeting with one of our tutors.

Clubs and Events

The Department highly encourages students to participate in the Department's extracurricular activities, including the German Club, the Spanish Club, and the annual CLS Lecture Series.
