Amex Corporate Card

Continuing, full-time UNB employees may apply for membership in the American Express corporate card program. This corporate credit card may be used to make direct purchases or to withdraw cash from an automatic banking machine. The employee/cardholder is responsible for making payments on the card and for applying to UNB for the reimbursement of any employment-related expenditures incurred on this card.

Application forms may be found on the Financial Services Forms page under Trust & Treasury, and can be submitted to the Comptroller's Administrative Assistant in Fredericton or to the Assistant Vice-President of Financial and Administrative Services in Saint John.  For more information on interest rates and associated insurance coverage, please read the complete AMEX Corporate Card Procedure Manual. The Cardmember and Access & Alerts Guides also offer members information on how to enroll in an AMEX My Account and view their credit transaction details online.
