This course provides a basic understanding of concepts and methods related to human resource management (HRM) in modern organizations. The purpose is to sharpen students' understanding and awareness of the contribution that HRM, as a unique resource, can make to organizational effectiveness.

Course details

Students have six months from the registration date to complete the course. All course exams and/or assignments must be completed by the designated end date.

Assignments and examinations

  • 4 x Case Incidents (5% each, 20% total)
  • 1 x Open Book Test (25%)
  • 1 x Open Book Test (25%)
  • 1 x Open Book Test (30%)
