Administrative data includes information on large populations, covers long periods, and can be linked with many other forms of data, making it one of the best resources available to inform programs and policies that directly impact populations.
Data Matters is a new series that consists of four short online courses that will help you get comfortable working with administrative data. It is offered in partnership between UNB and the New Brunswick Institute for Research, Data and Training (NB-IRDT).
You have choices! You can take all four courses as a bundle to get a certificate of completion OR you can take one or two courses to get the specific knowledge and skills you need.
This seminar is also offered as part of the Human Resources Management Program.
This seminar has been developed to identify variations in personalities within the workplace. You will discover how people differ in relation to where their energy comes from, how they gather information, and how they make decisions based on current human resources models. In addition, you will learn to develop and practice improved strategies in communication, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management.
In this seminar, you will use the Insights Personality Profile, a learning tool that gives a greater understanding of yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you project yourself to others. The effect of the Insights Personality Profile is immediate and profound, and clients tell us that they use what they learned for guidance long after training ends.
